  1. By 25th September 2011, 70% of the placement will be released
  1. Raw scores will be used for placement not the aggregate
  1. Candidates who are interested in the 30% catchment area allocation can go to their District Education Office or the Head Teacher at their respective JHS to register with them. List all the schools in your catchment Area at the back of the forms.
  1. Texting will also start from 26th September 2011 to a short code to be announced later
  1. 30% will be released on the 6th October 2011
  1. The official announcement of the 2011 placement will be made by the AG. Director –General of Ghana Education Service after the 6th October 2011
  1. All candidates are required to print out their Admission Forms by buying their GES Scratch Cards at the following places

All branches of Fidelity Bank, Rural Banks, Ghana Post, Agric Development Bank (ADB) and SIC Financial Services Ltd

  1. Candidates and parents are to inform everybody about this information.
